How do I get started with my new logo?
It's very easy, really. Go to our Pricing page and simply decide on the design package that best suits your needs. Click the "Buy Securely with PayPal" button for the package you choose and make your payment through PayPal.

Next, go to our Contact page and shoot us a quick email about your business/idea. Try to include links to websites you've found that help illustrate what you're shooting for. After we receive your email we'll get to work on your design.

Once your payment has processed we will send you initial designs and begin collaborating with you from there. Easy peasy!
How long until I get my logo design?
In just three business days or less. Other places might make you pay more to “rush” you order, but at Epic Logos we’ll always deliver your initial concepts in just three business days or less.
In what file formats will I get my logo design?
We want you to be able to actually use your designs, so we’ll give you your design files in everything you need, including:

  • Ai
  • Raw Vector (EPS)
  • PNG
  • JPG
  • TIF
  • PDF
If you need it in another format not listed above we’ll be glad to help. Just ask!
How do design revisions work?
We’ll start off by giving you multiple design concepts. Keep in mind that the design process is highly iterative and collaborative, so we send you the initial designs, and we’ll ask for your feedback to make the designs even better.

Usually, our clients ask us to tweak colors, fonts and layout. Sometimes, they even ask us to combine the top half of one concept with the bottom half of another.

Whatever the revision, big or small, we’ll continue to revise your design (according to the package you choose) until it’s absolutely perfect.
Who owns the copyright and/or trademark for my final logo design?
You do. Simple as that. Once your payment has cleared and you give us the thumbs up, we hand over your final approved design it's all yours.
Do you guys do logo design contests?
Absolutely not. Every single project we are commissioned to do is handled in-house with absolute care and attention to your needs.
What photos, fonts, or designs can I use in my logo?
Well, for the most part photos are not used in logo designs. However, if it makes sense and looks good, and you really really need to have it, we'll do it for you. Otherwise we're pretty proud of the work we do and will not compromise our standards simply to gain a new client. With that said, please think twice before pursuing a logo design that incorporates a photo you're in love with. Because 99 percent of the time it just won't work.

As far as fonts or designs, the sky is the limit. With a small caveat, that is. As already stated above, if it makes sense and looks good we'll do it for you. However we're experts at what we do, and again, will not compromise our standards simply to gain a new client. So if we say what you're looking for won't really work for you, but you insist on it anyway, we'll probably just refund your money and ask that you find a different logo design company to do business with. No hard feelings. We just care a lot about the quality of our work, and how you are represented by our work.
Can I use trademark™, registered®, or copyrighted© names in my logo?
Well, let's just say we are not in the business of giving legal advice and that this is a question better suited for an attorney to answer. Additionally, we are not in the business of finding out if what you are asking for is already in use.

Please use some common sense when deciding on what you would like to see as your logo, and don't infringe upon other people's rights. With that said, if we are blatantly asked to replicate another company's logo in some fashion or another, we simply won't do it. We have no interest in getting ourselves (or you for that matter) in any hot water.
Does every project come with a dedicated personal designer?
Yes. Every single design package we offer comes with a dedicated personal designer. A real, live, person who is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, is friendly, and is an expert in all things design.

We don’t do phone trees here at Epic Logos, and your dedicated personal designer will be your primary point of contact for any question, big or small.
How can I get support with using my logo?
Normally a client would get support on how to use their logo from the printing company, website designer, marketing company, etc. that they are working with since most clients will not have the expensive software required to manipulate their logo design.

However if you are a do-it-yourselfer and have a simple question please feel free to email us. We'll do our best to answer your questions and point you in the right direction.
How do I pay for my design service at Epic Logos?
We ask you to go through checkout immediately after you choose the right design package for you, and before we begin designing.

But don’t worry – all of our design packages are covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee. Simply put, if you don’t like your designs, we’ll make it right or refund your money.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal.
How does the Satisfaction Guarantee work?
It’s simple. We guarantee you’ll love your designs or we’ll make it right. It you’re still not happy, we’ll give you a refund.

Just let us know you’d like a refund before we start the revision process and we’ll process it back to your credit card or PayPal account.
